Midleton Dair Ghaelach Knockrath Forest is a limited-release Single Pot Still Irish whiskey, part of the Virgin Irish Oak Collection. It was initially matured in American Oak Bourbon barrels for 15-28 years and then finished for two years in virgin native Irish Oak Hogshead casks sourced from a specific tree (Tree No. 7) in Knockrath Forest, Co. Wicklow. This process imparts a complex medley of fruits and delicate spices, showcasing the unique flavor of Ireland. It is bottled at cask strength and is non-chill filtered.
