Nose
Initially fruit-forward with apricot and orange peel, accompanied by hints of sweet toffee fudge and vanilla. Charred oak imparts notes of caramelised sugars, adding a crème brûlée character. Pot still spices add depth with delicate and floral grains.
Palate
Zesty fruits with a pink peppercorn spice that builds, then subsides to reveal a soft and luscious mouthcoating texture with floral undertones. Elegant, rich, and full-bodied. Vanilla creme brulee, crisp orchard fruits.
Finish
Lasting finish with the elements of the oak slowly fading, allowing sweet fruit notes and spices to have the final word. Quite unique, rich, and long lasting.
