Nose
Richly scented vanilla, floral and herbal notes, orchard fruits like ripe apple and sweet pear, pot still spices such as cinnamon and clove, with hints of toffee and heather honey.
Palate
Silky smooth with tropical fruit notes of peach and nectarine, crème brûlée, toffee-apple, chocolate-dipped honeycomb, balanced by delicate floral grain qualities and full-bodied pot still spices with charred oak influences.
Finish
A lasting finish where fruits and American oak notes softly linger, creamy, floral, and vibrant.
