Description

A 4-year-old Israeli single malt whisky distilled at the Milk & Honey distillery in Tel Aviv on 16th January 2019. Matured in single ex-rye barrel #2019-1273 and independently bottled in Dornoch by Thompson Bros at a natural cask strength of 57.1% ABV with an outturn of 285 bottles.

Baked apricot, Danish pastries, Ceylon cinnamon, fennel seed, caraway, cumin and pink peppercorns, kumquats, stem ginger in syrup and apricot jam.
Palate
Lovely aromatic wood spice, some charred grilled green veg (peppers/asparagus), more apricot and kumquat, caraway liqueur and green ginger wine.
Finish
Long and spicy with apricot and plum as well as more ginger syrup.
