A small batch single malt from Israel's first distillery, Milk & Honey. This expression from the Apex series was matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished for six months in fortified pomegranate wine casks from the Rimon Winery. Bottled at cask strength, it offers a unique profile influenced by the Mediterranean climate.
