Description
Milk & Honey are exploring how elevation can alter the maturation of whisky. This release was matured in the cool pine forests of the Jerusalem mountains, providing a slower maturation than usual for Milk & Honey, resulting in a light, fresh, fruity expression from the distillery. This is part of the Apex Terroir series, which delves into the impact of climate on maturation, inspired by the late Dr. Jim Swan.
