Milk & Honey is an Israeli Distillery based in Tel Aviv. To coincide with Father's Day, they've put out this special edition single-malt, matured in a single Cabernet Sauvignon cask, sourced from Portugal. There's even a space on the label where you'll be able to write a special message to your father!

Nose
Vanilla and dark chocolate cake topped with roasted pecan nuts, dried apricot and a touch of banana. Red apples, apricot jam, white pepper, star anise and sea salt.
Palate
Rich sweetness of maple and toffee with a hint of thyme, accompanied by creamy mocha. Vanilla custard, cloves, dried fruit, thyme, caramel and dark chocolate. Hints of vanilla, oak, and caramel.
Finish
Spicy with oregano and cloves, some toasted almonds and charred oak in the background. Undercurrent of toasted oak and sea salt. Smooth and mellow.
