Description

A 3-year-old peated single malt whisky from the Milk & Honey distillery in Tel Aviv, distilled in 2019, matured in a bourbon cask and independently bottled by Thompson Bros. Due to the almost year-round sun in Tel Aviv, maturation is faster than usual, resulting in a rich and flavourful spirit in a short period of time. This release was limited to 285 bottles.

Maltiply Tasting Profile
Nose
Earthy, almost vegetal herbs come through ahead of a maple sweetness that weaves its way through the peat. Subtle tropical fruit notes, too.
Palate
The peat smoke becomes earthier, with nuttiness and sweet spices arriving. There's a slight rubbery texture, along with a black pepper lift.
Finish
Long with a herbal element in with the lingering smoke.
