Description
Created and aged so that despite its 'lean' nine years of aging, it has the ability to express itself with a full and rich nose. It is a symphony with fresh aromas and tones, fruit and flowers, spices and herbs, citrus and nuts. The palate has soft buttery, ground cereals, with the typical experience of a Speyside malt, but also spicy and balsamic notes (eucalyptus), creamy and minty. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasant sweetness, just like when we used to gaze at that sweet shop window.
