Dry sherry aromas mingle with stewed raisin and roasted hazelnut, complemented by a fresh citrus edge. Intensely honeyed with dried fruits like figs, apricots, prunes, bruised red apple skin, dusty oak and caramel. [1, 5, 6, 10]
Palate
Creamy milk chocolate and orange zest flavours lead to spiced stewed fruits. A big sherry arrival with sweet dusty oak, chocolate shavings, liquorice, dried fruits, and a nice peppery spice with tannic astringency. [1, 5, 6, 10]
Finish
Fruity with lingering citrus, sweet dusty oak, honey, orange oils and liquorice. Blackberry jam and cinnamon. [1, 2, 5, 6, 10]
