Nose
A light, floral nose with notes of linseed oil, painted wood, freshly laundered cricket whites, parched summer grass, peaches and cream. With reduction, lemon meringue pie, lime cordial, sliced cooking apples, sugar-coated fennel seeds and laundry.
Palate
Mouth-coating sharp fruits like watermelon sweets, lemon and lime, 'cherry lips' sweets, and bakewell tart. Later, a refreshing mix of lychees, juicy peaches, physalis, parma violets, ice cream and fruit sorbet.
Finish
A rather drying tropical fruit-skin finish, followed by a tart sensation.
