Nose
Superb, straight peat, wet (garden bonfire with wet grass), lemon balm, lime, crystallised oranges, hints of passion fruits. With water, gets 'pleasantly rotten', well-hung game, gunpowder, mud.
Palate
Ultra-strong but swallowable, very rich, big smokiness, citrus fruits, aromatic fruits like ripe raspberries, rose-flavoured sweets. With water, gets drier, bitter chocolate, un-sugared herbal tea, plain tea, cough syrup, peppermint, and a lot of peat.
Finish
Long, a little simpler due to heavy woodiness, very clean and very peaty, quite salty.
