Lots of dark sherry notes, prunes, figs, and plums. Savoury with varnish, leather, tobacco, and a little burnt rubber. Aromatic with floral, fruity, and smoky notes, ashes, exotic fruits, flowers, burnt wood, bananas, and barley.
Palate
Rich and nutty with licorice, leather, and raisins. Cherries and treacle with a hint of sulphur. Herbal and warming spicy with light smoke, malted barley, and hints of licorice and dark fruits.
Finish
Long with spices like cloves and nutmeg, ending on sweet, dark red fruits. Smooth with soft smoke, crispy ginger and grapefruits, and lingering tobacco leaves.
