Lots of fresh fruits like apple, pear, honeydew, cranberry, pineapple, raisin, tangerine and orange peel. Maltiness, cereals, grains, oats, sultana, Werther's Original, salty liquorice, creme brulee, cacao dusting, metallic/mineral note, vanilla, honey, anise, sour cream, pistacchio and paprika.
Palate
Thin mouthfeel, tart, malt driven, fruits like apple, pear, unripe banana, lemon, fig, tangerine, forest berries, orange peel bitterness. Creamy sweet, cruesli, toffee, sultana, liquorice, apple pie, vanilla, cacao dusting, new oak, watered down limoncello and a salty tang.
Finish
Pretty long with creamy malt, caramel and a touch of salt.
