Description

Little Brown Dog Spirits, also known as 'LBD', was formed in 2013 by Andrew Smith. Based in rural Aberdeenshire, Scotland, LBD is an experimental Micro Distillery. Micro Distillers generally experiment with different techniques in order to manufacture new flavours and produce this handcrafted alcohol in smaller quantities. The name originates from owner Andrew's nickname for his dog. This Mortlach 2006 19 Year Old is an independent bottling by Little Brown Dog Spirits, selected for the Sherry Bomb Whisky Appreciation Society. Mortlach distillery is known for its unique 2.81 distillation process, yielding a robust and meaty spirit.
