Nose
Vanilla and mild wood aromas. Rum sultanas and lots of nutty aroma in the form of fresh hazelnuts. Fruity notes of tangerines and other citrus fruits also emerge from the glass.
Palate
Dark, slightly sweet flavour reminiscent of tea with one lump of sugar, again the hazelnuts and walnuts. The wood is clearly present and gives structure to this Single Malt Whisky.
Finish
Medium long with soft caramel.
