Description
The name given to single malt whisky distilled at Miltonduff distillery using Lomond stills. It was one of several experiments of this kind conducted by Hiram Walker & Sons in the 20th century, and the stills at Miltonduff were active between 1964 and 1981. Mosstowie was primarily used for blending and was never released as an official bottling. This is an independent bottling from Gordon & MacPhail's iconic and long-running Connoisseurs Choice series, introduced in the 1970s.
