Description

A modern Scotch whisky distillery on the west coast of Scotland, founded in 2017 by Annabel Thomas. Located on the Drimnin Estate on the Morvern Peninsula, the distillery was designed by the late Dr. Jim Swan and its production is both fully organic and entirely powered by renewable energy. This is the twenty-fifth batch of independent bottlings from North Star Spirits, released in 2025.
