Description

The Nc'nean Organic Huntress 2023 - Woodland Candy is the second spring release from Nc'nean's limited edition Huntress series, known for its ethos of discovery and innovation in whisky making. This 2023 edition is the first single malt from the distillery to feature a special four-yeast recipe, including red and white wine yeasts. It is described as bold and creamy, with flavors of buttery toffee, forest fruits, and a hint of herbal spice. The whisky is matured in a combination of 65% STR red wine casks and 35% first-fill ex-Bourbon casks. It is certified organic, non-chill filtered, and has natural color.
