Description

Nc'nean Huntress Lemon Meadow is a limited-edition single malt from Nc'nean, the fourth release in the experimental Huntress series. Inspired by Neacheohain, the Queen of Spirits in ancient Gaelic legend, this series brings to light the distillery's ongoing pursuit of new flavours in whisky making. This release honours the distillery's passion for fermentation experiments, using a yeast derived from French sparkling wine production. It results in a creamy, delicious, and slightly floral whisky with buttery, citrusy, and biscuity notes. It is matured in STR red wine, ex-American whiskey, and ex-Oloroso sherry casks, and is bottled without chill-filtration or added colouring.
