Nc'nean Organic Batch #3 is a Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the eco-conscious Nc'nean distillery, known for its sustainable production methods including 100% organic Scottish barley, renewable energy, and 100% recycled glass bottles. This limited edition batch is unpeated and matured in a combination of STR red wine, ex-American whiskey, and Oloroso sherry casks, resulting in a smooth, elegant, and fruity spirit with notes of citrus, peach, apricot, and spice. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV.
