Description

Nc'nean Organic Batch #7 is a Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the sustainable Nc'nean distillery, founded by Annabel Thomas in 2017. It is made from 100% organic Scottish barley and produced with 100% renewable energy, bottled in 100% recycled glass. This batch of 5,040 bottles was distilled in 2017 and 2018, and bottled in 2021 at 46% ABV. It is matured in a combination of STR (Shaved, Toasted, Recharred) red wine casks (65%) and ex-bourbon casks (35%), and is non-chill filtered with natural color. The whisky is known for its elegant and fruity profile.
