Nose
Immediately unmistakably Jamaican with that signature mix of glue, nail varnish and esters, yet well embedded rather than aggressive, followed by ripe banana, pineapple, tropical fruit, citrus peel, a lightly medicinal lift, warm oak, vanilla, and spice.
Palate
Full and oily with a powerful, gluey arrival followed by a wave of overripe banana, pineapple, mango, citrus marmalade, warming spice, and a lightly salty mineral edge.
Finish
Endlessly long and layered, with esters, fruit, warm spices, drier oak, and subtle lingering bitterness.
