Palate
Velvety and balanced, with flavors of ripe fruit, caramel, citrus, and gentle oak. The peaty side is reinforced, with notes of sea salt, green herbs, ripe barley, earthy peat, summer flowers, Mirabelle plums, and greengage.
Finish
Long, fruity, and lightly smoky, revealing the signature Yoichi character. It brings notes of white grapes, plum, pulp, and licorice, with an evanescent peat evolving towards smoked notes.
