Crumbly biscuits packed with sweet vanilla and dusted with sugar, Rolos, flower stem, lemons, grassy notes, light whiffs of nail polish remover, coconut, cakey side, delicate herbs.
Palate
Fruity with apple flesh, orange and lime, a light hint of sponge cake, very sweet and creamy, lemon sherbet, coconut cream, vanilla custard, nougat, French croquants with coconut filling, tart lemon, orange blossom, minerality, praline brittle, gingerbread.
Finish
Quite dry and long, creamy and long lasting, sweet and spicy, clean, with citrusy notes, coconut and light oak.
