Orchard fruits, honey, vanilla, floral heather, heavily sherried with dark and red fruitcake fruits, tart cherry pie, burnt caramel, pecan pie, baker's chocolate, and weighty spice notes of polished oak, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Palate
Thick, oily mouthfeel with baked apples, pear compote, toffee, citrus, jammy red fruit, chocolate-covered and maraschino cherries, stewed prunes, salted nuttiness, unsweetened cocoa, grippy oak, pepper, coriander, and nutmeg.
Finish
Long with sweet oak, dried fruits, a hint of nuttiness, lingering bitter spice, smoked peppercorns, cinnamon, tannic oak, and dark chocolate.
