Description

This blended scotch release has been bottled by independent bottler North Star exclusively for the Sherry Bomb Appreciation Society. This spirit was filled into a sherry butt and left to mature for twenty years before there were just 583 bottles produced at a strength of 45.7% abv.

Peanut brittle, gentle cake spice, plum wine, sticky toffee pudding, stewed plums and rhubarb, damson jam, a little sherbert, a lovely nuttiness.
Palate
Sherried sweetness with gently spiced caramel and a warm hug, all spice, salted caramel, sherry soaked raisins, bread and butter pudding, toasted hazelnuts, strawberry laces.
Finish
Long, sweet, and mouth coating, with richer sherried notes coming to the fore.
