Description

One of Glasgow's Premier Independent Whisky Bottling Companies, North Star Spirits was established in 2016 by Iain Croucher. They are dedicated to unearthing hidden gems within the Scotch Whisky realm, meticulously curating casks and spirits. This particular release is a 2001 20 Year Old Blended Malt Scotch Whisky, bottled exclusively for The Sherry Bomb Whisky Appreciation Society. It was matured in a single Oloroso Sherry Butt and bottled in March 2022 at 45.7% ABV, with 583 bottles produced. North Star Spirits eschews both colouring and chill filtration for their releases.
