Oak & Eden 'Wheat & Spire: Fired French Oak' Bourbon is a wheated bourbon whiskey aged in new American Oak barrels. It is uniquely finished in-bottle with a spiral-cut piece of fired French oak, known as a 'Spire', which imparts additional flavors. The mash bill consists of 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley.
