Description

Ocean Whisky Gloria Ship Bottle is a blended whisky from Japan. The Ocean Whisky brand was originally founded as Daikoku Budoshu Co in 1934, which opened the legendary Karuizawa distillery in 1955 to provide malt for its whiskies. The company later merged into Sanraku-Shuzo Co in 1962, becoming Sanraku-Ocean Co. This blend often contains malt from Karuizawa and grain from Kawasaki, and was produced in various ship-shaped decanters, particularly in the 1970s and 1980s. It is considered a rare and discontinued series.
