Aromas of hot, sweet mash, soft biscuit notes of malted barley, earthy peat smoke, sweet stoned fruits, ripe apricots, peach, honey-drizzled pears, candied lemon peels, butterscotch, honeycomb, chocolate, vanilla ice cream, grilled jalapenos, light oak, grass, hay, malty grain, and lemon curd.
Palate
Delicate oak, smouldering peat, floral hints of gorse and honeysuckle, rich and sweet creamy porridge and cereal notes from Islay barley, butterscotch, honeycomb, vanilla, toffee, campfire, cotton candy, smoked spice, marzipan, chocolate brownie, sea salt caramel, black pepper, cream, lemon tart, orange, and cinnamon spice.
Finish
Malted barley, earthy smoke, sweet barley sugar, caramel, vanilla, hot peat, sweet lemon curd, creamy notes, brittle and ashy smoke, white pepper, fizzy element, and lime fruit.
