Nose
Immediate coastal peat smoke with sea spray, coal smoke and weathered rope, yielding to warm malted grain, brown sugar, lemon peel, orchard fruit, vanilla, and marzipan.
Palate
Viscous and peppery with salted caramel, smoked apple, toasted coconut, praline, and charred dry ashy peat balanced by citrus oils and mineral salinity.
Finish
Long, dry and resonant with fading malty sweetness, soft florals, and vanilla leading into lingering savoury maritime peat smoke.
