Nose
A spirit that loves peat. Smoke, oak and the sweetness of malt extract, as well as full maturation on the coast of Paradise - Islay - offer a truly unique aromatic experience that can only come from maturation on the island.
Palate
The true flavor of Islay, charred oak, smoke from old peat bogs, the sweet spice of bourbon-soaked staves, casks matured on Islay absorbing all the character of a Hebridean island.
Finish
Medium length, but is dominated by spice.
