DriftwoodCloud27 AugRich caramel, baking spice.
The long warming finish gives this bourbon a clear point of distinction, especially alongside the palate’s rich caramel and baking spice. Deep oak and dark fruit keep that sweetness grounded, while the nose moves from honey and brown sugar toward cinnamon apple and molasses. The source describes the finish as long, though it does not specify more detail about how its flavours develop. This sounds like a satisfying, full-flavoured direction, with the finish doing more than simply repeating the sweeter notes.
smallbatch kettle2 MarThe caramel and baking spice give this bourbon a clear, warming character, while cinnamon apple and brown sugar add a softer side. It sounds rich and approachable, though quite bold at 62.5% ABV.
