Description

Old Charter Oak Mongolian Oak is the debut release in Buffalo Trace's Old Charter Oak series, exploring the effects of various oak varietals on bourbon. Distilled from Mash Bill #1, this whiskey was barreled in 2008 in casks constructed from Mongolian oak (Quercus mongolica) and aged for 10 years before being bottled at 90 proof in late 2018.
