Description

The Old Elk Master Blend Series Double Wheat is a limited release whiskey developed by Master Distiller Greg Metze. It is made from a mash bill of 71.5% wheat, 25% corn, and 3.5% malted barley, and aged for a minimum of 8 years in new charred oak barrels.

Finish
Long and medium with lingering allspice, coffee bean, chocolate, cloves, and robust oak. Notes of white pepper, leather, and tobacco.
