Description

Old Elk's Wheated Bourbon is crafted with four decades of experience from Master Distiller Greg Metze. It features a high wheat mash bill of 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley, resulting in an exceptionally smooth, rich, and complex bourbon. The distillery employs a unique 'Slow Cut Proofing' process, gradually reducing the whiskey to bottling proof over several weeks to preserve delicate flavors, delivering a bright and refreshing, yet smooth and layered finish. Enjoy neat, on the rocks, or in your favorite cocktail.
