Description

A historic Kentucky distillery and one of the most revered names in American whiskey. This 8-year-old expression of Old Fitzgerald, named '1849' after the founding year of W.L. Weller & Sons, was produced at the Old Fitzgerald Distillery, formerly known as Stitzel-Weller. It is a wheated mashbill bourbon, known for its smoother, softer profile. This particular bottling is from 1978, distilled in 1970, and bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV).
