Nose
Begins with caramelized orange peel and cherry fruit softened with vanilla bean, graham cracker atop rich layers of toasted and charred oak brightened with a touch of cedar. Sweet caramel, brown sugar, vanilla wafers, red fruits, raspberry, citrus, cinnamon, chocolate, toasted oak, baking spice, light rye spice and pepper.
Palate
Subtle fruit flavor transitions into sweet roasted coffee with hints of dark chocolate and a dash of cocoa with toasted and charred seasoned oak character. Rich caramel and toasted oak, vanilla, red fruits, cherry, raspberry, light rye spice, pepper, tobacco, chocolate.
Finish
Smooth and light with velvety coffee and mocha notes with lingering dark chocolate character. Smooth easy finish packed with caramel, vanilla, red fruits, and a nice bit of rye spice and pepper on the tail end.
