Nose
Bold vanilla, dark caramel, toasted oak, dried cherry, and warm baking spice. Hints of cantaloupe, overripe pineapple, esters, bubble gum, confectioner's sugar, and wet limestone minerality. Rich notes of seasoned oak, cigar box, cinnamon stick, tiramisu, toffee, and a light banana note.
Palate
Rich and full-bodied with brown sugar, cinnamon, charred wood, and dark fruit. Notes of leather, fire-cured tobacco, maple sugar, horehound candies, caramel, milk chocolate, sawn lumber, toasted grain, orange, black walnut, molasses, baking spice, caramelized vanilla, cocoa, and hints of leather and toasted rye. Powerfully oaked with polished wood, barrel char, baked pears, sour cherries, elderberry, fig, and wildflower honey.
Finish
Long and warming with lingering oak, toffee, dark fruit, and spice. A mouth-tingling sensation with notes of fig, prune, gingersnap cookies, caramel crunch popcorn, cinnamon, vanilla, and almond. Rich chocolate and spicy oak notes are also present.
