Nose
Velvety smooth and somewhat waxy, with freshly cut green apples, wet grass, green tea, cookie dough, citrus (lemon, grapefruit), sweet bourbon notes, vanilla, mild fruits (honey melon), and a light maritime touch (sea spray, salt, sand, seaweed).
Palate
Creamy and super smooth, thick mouthfeel, with vanilla, ginger, lemon zest, a tad drying with a touch of salt, coconut shavings, tropical fruits (bananas, pineapple, ripe melons, grapefruit), honey, minerals, and a pinch of white pepper.
Finish
More lemon, wood spices, a bit of oak, notes of smoked salmon, mid-long with caramel and vanilla (reminiscent of Creme brulee), and a peppery (white pepper) note that disappears with water.
