Omar Single Malt Whisky TTL Bourbon Cask is a Taiwanese single malt whisky produced by Nantou Distillery, owned by the Taiwan Tobacco and Liquor Corporation (TTL). It is predominantly matured in ex-bourbon casks, with a few drops of sherry cask whisky sometimes added for complexity. This 46% ABV whisky is non-chill filtered and has no caramel coloring, aiming to present the taste of local terroir and natural golden color. Palate
Sweet vanilla with a delicate scent of flower, oakiness, citrus, honey, and candied lemon drops. Medium-bodied and silky, with notes of milk candy, bright mandarin citrus, toasted grains, toasted almonds, and a tartness with herbal bitterness.
