Description

An iconic Italian importer and independent bottler, Samaroli, founded in 1968, is credited with marketing some of the finest single cask whiskies. This Orkney single malt, distilled in 2006 and matured for 18 years, is an extraordinary and elegant expression, selected for its delicately smoked complexity. It comes from the Orkney Islands, where the peat used has an unusual floral quality due to abundant heather. The bottle is presented in a sleek black box, and the label takes inspiration from the natural world. Only 248 bottles were produced from Cask No. 49.
