Nose
Floral Orcadian peat smoke is immediately evident on the nose, along with juicy lime zest and the signature dried fruit character of a Sherry butt.
Palate
The palate is a beautiful balance of peat smoke, wood spice and fruity distillate - one that works well at cask strength.
Finish
A new layer of honey and tropical fruit develops on the finish of the memorable dram.
