Nose
Obvious young notes (cereal, porridge, eau de vie), together with rough wood notes and vanilla initially. Chalk, freshness, a sea breeze in the glass.
Palate
Quite spicy, malty and tingly, but no rough edges other than that. Salty, waxy and lemony. The palate also offers notes of butterscotch, delicate peat smoke, coconut, vanilla and overripe bananas.
Finish
Lemon, other citrus fruits and actually quite some waxiness. Only the slightest hint of peat to be found in the background.
