A small format release from Old Hobart Distillery in Tasmania under the Overeem label, bottled at 43% ABV. This is the sixth batch in the Floc Shots series. Floc Shots Batch 6 is a rare glimpse behind the curtain at Overeem, drawn from the oily lees after their normal bottling run, leaving a dram that's unfiltered, un-flocked and brimming with raw texture and concentrated flavour. This release draws from a marriage of Port, Sherry, Bourbon, Muscat and more casks, delivering a chewy, bold and deeply sensual whisky.
