Description

This seventh batch of rye whisky from The Oxford Artisan Distillery, named Easy Ryder, is a blend of nine specially selected casks. It was created by Master Distiller Francisco Rosa to showcase a smooth and intricate take on the distillery's heritage grains and distilling practices. The rye used was a combination of heritage grains planted to aid biodiversity in the Oxford countryside, harvested in 2017, and treated to a long fermentation in Hungarian oak vats.
