Description

An English whisky distillery founded in Oxford in 2015 by Still on the Hill Ltd. Specialising in distilling ancient heritage grains (rye, wheat and barley), it operated two custom-built pot stills and 40-plate column stills. The distillery uses heritage grains grown by regenerative and organic farming partners. The mashbill is 90% Maslin (70% rye and 20% wheat grown together) and 10% malted barley. This Easy Ryder release is a blend of nine casks, mostly new American oak, with one Moscatel cask. In 2024 the distillery closed and relocated to Yorkshire.
