Description
Paddy Old Irish Whiskey is a triple-distilled blended Irish whiskey, combining single pot still, malt, and grain whiskeys. It is produced at the Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Ireland. The whiskey is matured in oak casks for up to seven years, though it carries no age statement. Originally produced by Cork Distilleries Company, the brand was renamed Paddy in 1912/1913 in honor of legendary salesman Paddy Flaherty.
