Description

The 6th Edition of Heaven Hill's Parker's Heritage Collection, released in 2012 as 'Master Distiller's Blend of Mashbills'. Crafted by 6th Generation Master Distiller Parker Beam, this release combines two styles of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey aged since 2001: a traditional rye-mashbill bourbon (drawn from the 4th floor of Rickhouse R) and a wheated bourbon (drawn from the 7th floor of Rickhouse T). Bottled uncut at a cask strength of 68.95% ABV (137.9 Proof) and non-chill filtered.
